No. Your daily earnings are your hashrate multiplied by the real revenue per TH/s we publish that day, minus the maintenance fee. Revenue changes with network difficulty and coin price, so earnings can be lower than expected, and over a contract's term you could earn less than you paid.
Every payout day is listed publicly with the revenue per TH/s and the total paid, and each payout is recorded with a reference to our mining report. Your own transaction history shows exactly what was credited.
Withdrawals come from your earnings wallet. Money in the deposit wallet is used to buy contracts. Withdrawals are reviewed by our team and require identity verification (KYC).
Electricity, hosting and operations. It is a percentage taken from your gross daily revenue and is shown on every plan before you buy.
